Your weekly subscription

Weekly billing

Your plan renews each week until you cancel. There’s no long-term contract. We’ll let you know about changes to your subscription charges by email or a notice on our website. Check your ZIP code during signup for delivery to your address.

Skipping or canceling

Skip a week, pause deliveries or cancel in your account before the deadline shown for your order. Orders that have already locked may still be charged and delivered. Manage your subscription

Help with a delivery

If there’s a problem with a meal, contact support within seven days of delivery. Depending on the issue, we may replace it, offer credit or issue a refund. Read the full subscription terms
