Our mission
Make eating well a habit you look forward to.
Good meals should make your week feel easier. We take care of the cooking and the details, so you can spend less time figuring out food and more time enjoying it.

Cook with
care.
Good food deserves attention. We believe the small decisions—from the ingredients we choose to the finishing touches—make a meal worth looking forward to.
Our kitchen puts that belief into practice: cutting vegetables, weighing ingredients and making marinades and sauces in-house. We cook from scratch outside Boston.
Respect
your choices.
Good food should fit the person eating it. We believe in clear information and meaningful options, so you can choose what works for your appetite, preferences and routine.
Browse by protein, spice level and dietary preference. Ingredients and nutrition are available in the meal details and on your meal’s label.
Available gluten- and dairy-free adjustments are identified with a sticker on modified meals.

Show up
for people.
When we’re part of your routine, you should be able to count on us. We believe in thoughtful deliveries, helpful answers and people who pay attention.
We prepare meals outside Boston and deliver on local routes. Your delivery instructions help us get them to the right place.
From choosing a plan to asking about a meal or delivery, our team is here to help by phone, chat or message.

Care beyond
the food.
We moved away from black plastic trays early in our story. That packaging decision has become a lasting part of Tough Cookies—and every order helps carry it forward.

Behind the food
Every value
has a beginning.
In 2017, professional boxer Mark DeLuca asked his sister, Allie, to help take meals off his training to-do list. Cooking for him and his gym friends became the beginning of Tough Cookies.
Today, that same idea reaches beyond athletes: make room for what matters by taking care of the food.
