How service continues
Your subscription continues unless you make the relevant change. Check the selected delivery in Upcoming Orders for its meals, status and deadline. Review the confirmation and payment information for that order, especially for your first delivery.
Choose the right action
- Skip a delivery when you want to miss one scheduled delivery.
- Pause deliveries for a temporary break with a confirmed return date.
- Cancel your subscription when you want to stop ongoing service.
Review the confirmation for the action you choose. An order that has already locked can remain scheduled, so check that order separately.
If you are unsure whether a delivery is still coming, contact support with its date and the status you can see.
