Prepare for a delivery when you are not home

You do not need to sign for your delivery. The order can be left at the delivery location, so provide clear drop-off instructions and arrange to bring the meals inside promptly.

1. Check the address for the specific delivery, including the unit number.
2. Make sure the building entry and drop-off instructions are accurate.
3. If you need a cooler or insulated-packaging arrangement, ask support what is available and wait for confirmation before relying on it.
4. Plan how the meals will be brought inside and refrigerated.

An insulated bag does not establish a guaranteed outdoor holding time. Follow the storage instructions supplied with the meals and see handle meals when your delivery arrives if you are concerned about their condition.
