If you will be away
Plan how the meals will be brought inside and refrigerated. If you need help with arrangements for a delivery, contact support with its date before relying on an unconfirmed option.
If the order's condition concerns you
Send support the delivery date, affected meal names and a description of what you noticed. Include photos of the packaging and labels, when you found the order, and where it had been left.
An insulated bag does not establish one safe outdoor holding time for every order.
If the delivery has not arrived or cannot be found, report a missing delivery.
