Sign in and open Upcoming Orders to find the delivery you want to review. Select the intended date and household member before checking or changing an order.
Review the delivery
Check the delivery date, saved meals and quantities, and Order Status. Read the deadline shown for that order and whether changes are still available.
The public menu shows available meals; it is not a record of your saved selections. Use the selected delivery to check what is scheduled for you.
For a holiday week
Review that week's actual delivery date and deadline. If the account does not answer your schedule question, contact support with the affected date. A holiday does not by itself confirm a different day or later deadline.
If you cannot find the delivery
Contact support with the date, household member and any account status you can see. Ask the team to check whether an order is scheduled rather than assuming a missing week is confirmed or charged.
