Overview
After choosing your first meals, save the selections and check the first delivery in Upcoming Orders. Selecting meals in the editor is only part of the process.
Check the saved delivery
- Make sure the selected meal quantity matches your plan.
- Complete the confirmation step shown and wait for the save to finish successfully. In the order meal editor, this is Confirm Order.
- Reopen the first delivery in Upcoming Orders.
- Check the saved meals, quantities, delivery date, status and deadline. Review the delivery address in your order details.
- Review the order confirmation and any separate charge or payment confirmation.
If the save fails, the delivery is missing or a detail does not match what you intended, contact support with the step and affected delivery date.
If you are waiting for an email
Check the account order details as well as your email. A missing email does not confirm that selections were saved, and saved selections are not a payment receipt.
For later changes, follow change the meals in an upcoming order before that order's displayed deadline.
