
Description
This incredibly flavorful vegan curry is packed with vegetables and other plant based ingredients. Unlike most other curry dishes, we do not rely on the flavor from red curry paste, we crafted our own bold sauce made with coconut milk and roasted red bell peppers. Peas, carrots, onions, garlic and kidney beans are simmered and paired with a side of basmati rice.
