Vegan curry paste, creamy coconut milk, and other flavors create a rich base that is spicy yet balanced, with underlying notes of peanut and coconut. Bell peppers, onions, fresh cilantro, and other fresh veggies are added to bring every delicious flavor together. Crispy baked tofu adds delectable texture and supplies plenty of protein.
