Our Moroccan version of chicken salad is a lightened up take on a classic lunch time option. We substitute mayo for greek yogurt for extra protein, and add in green onions, cilantro, and parsley for a fresh kick of flavor. Served with fresh crisp lettuce this is a perfect lunch any day of the week.
