Overview
Use the reactivation option shown for your deactivated account to restart the subscription. After it succeeds, review your upcoming orders to see the next scheduled delivery.
Restart service
- Sign in to your existing Tough Cookies account.
- Open the Reactivate option.
- Review any plan and account details presented, then confirm reactivation.
- Read the result and open Upcoming Orders.
- Check the available delivery dates, address, meals and deadlines. Review saved payment details if needed.
Coupon warnings
Reactivation and coupon application have separate results. If a code shows a warning, check both the account status and the offer result before repeating the action.
Missing or skipped deliveries
Published menus and order eligibility can affect what appears. An intentionally skipped delivery may remain skipped. Contact support with the status shown and the date you expected.
If the account is paused, use Resume paused deliveries.
