Overview
Enter a promo code in the promotion field shown during signup, or use Redeem Coupon in Payment Settings for an existing account.
During signup
Enter the code exactly as supplied and apply it using the displayed control. Review the result, revised total and offer terms before confirming the order.
On an existing account
- Open the account settings page and select Payment Method to open Payment Settings.
- Choose Redeem Coupon under Redeem Codes.
- Enter the code and submit it.
- Read the result and check the discount on the applicable delivery.
Use Redeem Gift Card for a gift code.
If the code is rejected or the discount is missing
Check the code and its terms, including expiration and eligibility. If the message mentions an inactive account or paused membership, read that message before taking another action. Applying a coupon does not by itself confirm reactivation or resumed deliveries.
Contact support with the code, offer source, error message and affected order date. The team can review the issue; a retroactive discount or refund is not automatic.
If Redeem Codes is not shown, contact support for help before taking any other account action.
