Overview
Use Redeem Gift Card in Payment Settings to submit a gift code to your account.
Enter the gift code
- Sign in, open the account settings page and select Payment Method to open Payment Settings.
- Choose Redeem Gift Card under Redeem Codes.
- Enter the gift code and submit it.
- Read the result and check the refreshed store-credit balance.
Redeem Coupon is for a promotion code.
If the gift code fails, check that you entered it correctly. Contact support with the purchase reference and error message if you need help. Do not post the full code publicly.
Before placing an order, check the credit and final amount shown. If you still need an account, follow the instructions supplied with the gift and review the recurring-order terms before creating a subscription. A redemption message does not by itself confirm an order or future delivery.
If Redeem Codes is not shown, contact support for help before taking any other account action.
