Change the name on your account

Edit your account name in Account Settings, then check that the saved name is displayed.

1. Sign in to the intended account.
2. Open Account Settings and the Name edit control.
3. Enter the corrected name and submit the change.
4. Read the result and confirm that the updated name appears.

If the form reports an error or still shows the old name, contact support with the step that failed.

Login email, saved delivery address and delivery instructions have separate settings. Use their related guides when those details also need changing.
