Overview
Leave your used delivery bags in your usual drop-off spot when you are receiving your next order. The delivery team will take the bags back when bringing the new delivery.
If you forget, leave them out for a following delivery. If you are no longer expecting another order, contact support to ask about return arrangements.
For ice packs or a damaged item, ask support what to return and how. Do not assume an extra pickup has been arranged.
